If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually cancel it for a full refund, or update the shipping address — just contact us with your order number.
If it has already shipped, we're not able to intercept or redirect it once it's with the carrier. In that case:
- For address issues, you'll want to coordinate with the carrier directly or wait to see if it's returned to us.
- For a change of mind, you can send it back once it arrives — see our return policy for the 30-day window and conditions.
