For orders shipped outside Finland, any customs fees or import duties charged on delivery are the customer's responsibility and aren't included in the order total at checkout.
These fees vary by country and are set by your local customs authority, not by us — so we'd recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering if you want to avoid surprises.
We're not able to mark international orders as "gifts" to avoid duties, and we can't expedite customs clearance on a shipment already in transit.
